DESCRIPTION
QATOL FLUSHING OIL is a solvent free, fast acting, engine cleaning formulation that removes engine deposits, sludge and contaminants with the oil service drain.
QATOL FLUSHING OIL is manufactured from high quality light viscosity paraffinic base oils. Its light viscosity efficiently removes the residues from the engines, manual gearboxes, axles and machine tools.
It assists in removing oxidized oil deposits from circulating oil systems and engine crankcases during flushing.
APPLICATIONS:
- QATOL FLUSHING OIL is designed for use in all engine types in passenger cars, 4WD’s, light & heavy-duty commercial vehicles, motorcycles, farming, mining, agricultural, industrial equipment.
- QATOL FLUSHING OIL is a non-detergent fluid and therefore can be used with full confidence in calcium sensitive environments.
- QATOL FLUSHING OIL should be filled into the system to be flushed, once the old charge of oil has been removed. The system should be run under light or no-load conditions for 15 to 20 minutes.

SERVICE INTRUCTIONS:
CAUTION: QATOL FLUSHING OIL is not to be used as engine oil! The following steps should be followed if intended to use:
- Warm up engine.
- Stop engine and drain the oil while the engine is still warm.
- Fill sump to a minimum 50% of its capacity with FLUSHING OIL.
- Start engine and leave it at idle for 20 minutes.
- Switch the engine off and THOROUGHLY drain the FLUSHING OIL.
- Replace sump plug and change oil filter.
- Fill with fresh, fully formulated oils

HAZARDS
This oil used as recommended and for the application for which it has been designed does not present any particular health & environmental risk.
Prolonged and repeated contact with oil may cause skin disorders. Avoid contact. Wash immediately with soap and water. Do not discharge used oil in to drains or the environment.
